Currently doing research thesis for a MSc Sustainable Development, specialism in Managing knowledge and communication for development, School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), UK.

Mauricio has more than ten years of industry experience in advertising, print and digital media. He worked in all these fields for international advertising agencies such as Grey and McCann-Erickson. Clients included: Benetton, Dockers, Microsoft, Mattel, BMW, Toyota, Cadbury, Sprite and Meliá Hotels.

Lectured at Raffles Design Institute in Guangzhou, PR China (where he also oversaw the students’ magazine and the 2006 Yearbook), and in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
